Lewistown Sentinel - May 11, 2023
William H. Conaway Jr., 84, of Lewistown, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at
his home.
Born on Aug. 7, 1938, in Grassflat, he was a son of the late William H. Conaway Sr.
and Jessie C. (Morgan) Fisher Conaway.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by; siblings, Ruth E. (Fisher)
Harbst, John F. Fisher, Samuel E. Conaway, and Arthur L. Conway.
He is survived by; sister, Sharon (Conaway) Smith and husband, David, of Grantville
He was a member of Lewistown Christian Missionary Alliance Church 
He served in the United States Air Force from 1956 to 1960 and was stationed in
Turkey, Texas, California, and Maryland, including receiving technical NSA
training.
Interment will take place at Juniata Memorial Park
