Altoona Mirror  February 13, 1963
Mrs. Esther R. Cree of 2600 Spruce Ave., died at 7:10 p.m. yesterday at her 
home to which she had returned Monday after hospitalization.  She was born in 
Mifflin Nov. 7, 1884, a daughter of Allen and Rose (McCue) Nipple, and married 
Jesse H. Cree, who died in 1953.  Surviving are five children, Harry E. of 
Canan Station, Dan G., Donald M., Miss Catherine and Mrs. Hazel Fasano of the 
city; 18 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  She was of the Lutheran 
faith.  Friends will be received at the Laughlin-Carn Funeral Home after 7 
p.m. tomorrow.

Daughter of should be Howard A. Nipple and Rose (McHugh).
