Dorothy Marie Downer, 99, of Lewistown, and formerly of Milroy, passed away on
Saturday August 17, 2024 at her home.
Born August 1, 1925 in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Luther and Grace
(Bumgardner) Maben. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her
husband, William Downer, a son, James Downer, siblings, Janet Maben and Elmer Maben,
 She was the last of her immediate family.
Dorothy is survived by her children, Roxanne Miller of Lewistown, Dottie Kauffman of
Reedsville, Arlene Bumgardner, of Summerdale, William Downer of Mill Creek, Nancy
Briar of Lancaster.
Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery.
