Gail L. Earnest, 72, of Valley View Havenpassed away Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2024.
Born July 24, 1951, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late James M. and
Geneva (Stuck) Furgison Sr.
She is survived by her loving children, Mark Earnest, of Lewistown, Melissa
Kauffman, of Reedsville, Chad Earnest, of Lewistown; siblings, Mary Gotthardt, of
Virginia, James Furgison Jr., of Bellefonte, Wanda Wagner, of York, Homer Furgison,
of Reedsville, Linda Ferguson of Lewistown, Connie Wearstler, of S.C., Joan Smith,
of Lewistown, and David Furgison, of Lewistown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth R. Earnest, in Oct. 2019.
She was also preceded in death by sisters, Dolly Goss, Rose Johnson, and Dottie Cox;
brother, Rick Furgison.
Interment in Mount Rock Cemetery.
