Ruby N. Fleming, 95, formerly of Lewistown, passed away on Monday July 10, 2023, at
UPMC Williamsport Divine Providence Gatehouse.
Born June 12, 1928, in Clinchco, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Jesse
and Vesta (Goade) Hickman. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in
death by her husband, Max N. Fleming, and four sisters. She was the last of her
immediate family.
Ruby is survived by her children, Carol Nelson and husband, William, of Boalsburg,
Max Fleming, Jr. and wife, Sue, of Reedsville, and D. Jean McGinley and husband,
Samuel, of Bellefonte.
While she resided in Lewistown, she was a member of Lewistown Presbyterian Church.
Interment in Juniata Memorial Park.
