Richard William Fortney, 71, of Lewistown, passed away on Friday Sept. 15, 2023, at
Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. 
Born Nov. 10, 1951, Lewistown, son of the late William R. and Edna J. (Pecht)
Fortney.
Survived by his wife, Connie (Boozel) Fortney; children, Angela Miner, Melissa
Freeberg, and sister Cindy Chilcote.
Preceded in death by a wife, Patty (Beaver); son, William Fortney and brother Martin
Pecht
