Roy R. Freed, 49, of Mattawana, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2023 at
Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.
He was born March 8, 1974, in Lewistown. He is the son of John Freed and the late
Barbara (Harshbarger) Cruse.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara.
He is survived by his father, John Freed, of Mattawana; three children, Cheyanne
Freed, of Mount Union, Carter Freed, of Huntingdon, and Justin Freed, of Calvin. He
also leaves behind his siblings: Dawn Michael, James Freed, Shawn Freed, Denise
Freed, John Freed, Jonathon Freed, Scott Stringer and Stacey Williams
