Harry D. ‘Spike’ Fultz

Harry D. “Spike” Fultz, 78, Milroy, passed away at 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 5,
2023, at Greenwood Village, Lewistown.
He was born on Jan. 30, 1945 in Lewistown to the late Melvin E. Fultz and Manis E.
(Reed) Fryer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his spouse,
Linda K. (Dillman) Fultz on Oct. 1, 1998.
Surviving are sons: Keith E. Fultz of Milroy and Randy L. Fultz, sisters, Sara
Hoover of Siglerville and Susan Shawver of McClure.
Along with his parents and wife, he was also preceded in death by two sisters,
Patricia Speece and M. Kay Hunter and a brother, Larry T. Dippery.
Burial in the Salem Cemetery.
