Fisher died Tuesday [March 29] at his residence in Mobile Manor Trailer Park. He was 70 years old. He was a retired meat processor who moved here in 1956. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church. Survivors include his wife, Edna; three sons, Walter Fisher, Holly, New York, Robert, McClure, PA, and Raymond, Penns Creek, PA, and three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Baucraox and Mrs. Geraldine Walters, both of McClure, PA, and Miss Minnie Fisher, Mobile Manor. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church, Longwood, with Rev. C. L. Futch officiating and Gramkow Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in Longwood Cemetery. Sanford Herald, Florida, April 1, 1960 Additional Comments: William Fisher was born in Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska. The son of Samuel Fisher (no Mother listed on his death certificate). He lived in Granville, Mifflin County for years before moving to Florida.
