Michael K. Geckle, 67, of Lewistown, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 4,
2024, and is now healed and in the loving arms of Jesus.
Born Jan. 30, 1957, in Fort Meade, Maryland, he was the son of the late Albert A.
and Clara C. (Gunter) Geckle.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Romona
‘Mona’ (King) Geckle.
He is survived by his wife, Faith E. (Youtzy) Geckle; children, Amber Dreese of
Williamsport, Brian Geckle of Denver; siblings, Lynn Peachey of Reedsville, Daniel
Geckle of Black Log.
He was a United States Army Veteran. He served in a Military Police Battalion.
