Kenneth Charles Geist Sr.
Sep 23, 2023
Kenneth Charles Geist Sr., 70, of Lewistown, passed away at 2:05 p.m., Wednesday,
Sept. 20, 2023, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born June 26, 1953, in Roaring Springs, Blair County, he was a son of the late
Kenneth O. and Orpha (Helsel) Geist. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in
death by an infant sister, Sandy Geist.
Kenneth is survived by: wife, Jean (Johnson) Geist; five children, Michele Norris of
McClure, Christy Pietrolungo, of Pittsburgh, Karen Pietrolungo, of Colorado, Rick
Pietrolungo, of West Virginia, and Kenneth Geist Jr., of Milton and siblings, Wanda
Geist, William Geist, Randy Geist and Candy Geist, all of Altoona.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran.
