Robert D. “Bob” Gill, 86, of Mifflintown, passed away, after a short illness, at
8:28 a.m. on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at William Penn Health and Rehabilitation
Center in Lewistown.
Bob was born in Mexico, Pa. Walker Township on Nov. 23, 1937, and was the son of the
late William Cloyd and Doris Hazel (Thompson) Gill.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Eddi Kay (Fogleman) Gill; daughters,
Kit Parks and Rachel Dowling. He was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley
Bossinger.
Bob was a proud member of the Pennsylvania National Guard for nearly 22 years,
having retired as a Sergeant.
Interment at New Church Hill Cemetery, Port Royal
