Lee R. Glass, 87, McAlisterville, passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2024, at
Brookline Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Mifflintown.
Born Sept. 23, 1936, in Freeburg, Snyder County, he is a son of the late Albert and
Katherine (Nace) Glass.
On Jan. 1, 1958, he married Hazel (Walter) Glass with whom he was blessed to share
over 10 years of marriage before her passing on Dec. 27, 1968. On April 20, 1985, he
married E. Marlene (Kurtz) Glass with whom he was blessed to share of 38 years of
marriage before his passing.
In addition to his second wife, he is survived by his two daughters, Wendy S. Roush
and Crystal L. Troxell all of Middleburg; four siblings, Francis “Speck” Glass,
Gerald “Spark” Glass and Carson “Cork” Glass, all of Middleburg and Carol Snyder of
Kreamer
In addition to his parents and first wife, he was preceded in death by four
siblings, Eleanor Rapp, John Glass, William Glass and Russell Glass. 
Interment in the Hummel’s Church Cemetery, Middleburg.
