William ‘Billy’ Delbert Harbst Jr.
Jan 26, 2024
William “Billy” Delbert Harbst Jr., 66, formerly of Lewistown, and of Charleston,
S.C., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2024, at his home.
Born April 24, 1957, in Lewistown, he was a son of William Delbert Harbst, Sr. and
Donna Virginia Harbst Griffith, who survive.
William was preceded in death by his wife, Debra A. (Padgett) Harbst, and a brother,
Jefferey S. Harbst.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by: children, Ronnie W. Weaver and Amy N.
Carter, both of Charleston, S.C.; and siblings, Robert B. Harbst, of McClure, Sherri
L. Sanders, of New Columbia, and Christopher T. Harbst, of Granville.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran, who served from 1975 to 1979.
