Larry E. Harshbarger, 82, of East Charles St., Lewistown, went to be with the Lord
on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023, at his home.
Born June 6, 1941 in Mattawana, he was a son of the late John I. and Helen V.
(Settle) Harshbarger. His wife, Susan C. (Grassmyer) Harshbarger, whom he married
Nov. 2, 1963, survives. Also surviving are: three daughters, Sonia D. Singh, Holly
S. Fultz, Marci E. Rhoades, all of Lewistown; six siblings, Audrey J. Stinnet of
Stuarts Draft, Va., Deborah M. Dickerson, of Naples, Fla., Carol L. Sunderland of
Palm Bay, Fla., Dennis M. Harshbarger of Lewistown, Rosalie A. Freed of McVeytown,
Thomas M. Harshbarger of Mattawana.
Preceding him in death were two sisters, Linda L. Bailey, Nancy J. Yoder; and five
brothers, Russell, Marlin, Glen, John, and Delmer.
Interment will be in Mattawana Cemetery, McVeytown.
