Joan L. (Moist) Hartley, 59, of Jacksonville, Ark., and formerly of McClure, passed
away Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2023 in Little Rock, Ark.
Born Jan. 8, 1964, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of Blair E. Moist of McVeytown,
and the late Lois J. (Stewart) Moist.
In addition to her father, she is survived by a son, Dustin Specht, of Jacksonville,
Ark; and four siblings, R. Scott Moist of Strodes Mills, Tony L. Moist of
Bellefonte, Brian K. Moist of McVeytown, and  Cindy J. Sacra of Tucson, Ariz
