Ruth L. Hockenberry, 58, of Rockhill Furnace, died Sunday, Oct. 29, 2023 at her
home.
Born Nov 7, 1964 in Huntingdon, she was a daughter of the late Max E. Barry and Vera
Mae (Hicks) Barry Patton. She was united in marriage to Gene Hockenberry on June 27,
1987. Mr. Hockenberry survives at their home.
She is also survived by two sons, Adam Hockenberry of Duncansville, and Ryan
Hockenberry of Huntingdon and four brothers, Robert Patton Jr., Karl Barry, Michael
Patton and Patrick Patton She was preceded in death b, one sister, Glenna Patton and
one brother, John Patton.
