Mary L. Holland, 82, of Huntingdon, and a guest at Embassy Hearthside, passed away
on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.
She was born in Jackson Township on Oct. 14, 1940, the daughter of the late Charles
Henry and Ida E. (Hertzler) Traxler.
On Feb. 1, 1962 she married Warren John Holland Jr. who preceded her in death on
June 23, 1995.
She is survived by three children: Kimberly Ann (Paul) Fagley, Tracey (Paul) Warner,
and Michael Holland; and three step-grandchildren: Stephanie, Sam, and Adiana.
She was preceded by an infant daughter on Dec. 5, 1962. She was the last of her
immediate family.
Mary was a graduate of Huntingdon High School.
She enjoyed her dogs, knitting, and she loved canning.
A memorial service for Mary L. Holland will be held at a later date with interment
in Jacob’s Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Huntingdon County
Humane Society, 11371 School House Hollow Road, Huntingdon, PA 16652.
Arrangements are under the care of Robert E. Peters Funeral Home.
