Clayton C. Hoy, 60, of Lewistown, passed away Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023, at Brookline
Manor.
Born Jan. 9, 1963, in Lewistown, he was the son of Gary Hoy and Mary (Thompson)
Specht who survive.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Julia A. Hoy, whom he
married Jan. 28, 1985; sons, Justin Hoy, of Lewistown, and Gary Hoy, of State
College; siblings, Wendy Hoy and Lucena Ciccolini, both of Lewistown
