John W. Hunter Sr.
December 22, 2023
John W. Hunter, Sr, 77, of McAlisterville, passed on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at
his home.

He was married on February 28, 1964 to his surviving wife, Sandra (Kepner) Hunter. 

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, John Hunter, Jr. of
McAlisterville, son, Craig O. Hunter of Lewistown; two sisters, Lillian (Dolly)
Mitchener of Feasterville and Kathleen Casey Givens of Barnegate, NJ. 

In addition to his parents, Florence M. and John E. Hunter, he was preceded in death
by his daughter, Sherri Leigh Hunter and two brothers, George and Edward. 

Mr. Hunter was a U.S. Navy Vietnam veteran
