BITS FROM BARRVILLE.

  Joseph Harkness, an aged and respected citizen, died at the home of his 
son-in-law, Samuel Lowrie, on the 12th inst.  Interment took place at the 
U.P. church, of which he was a member, at McAlevy's Fort, Huntingdon county.  
If we were rightly informed he was aged 76 years, 2 months and 14 days.
