Phyllis R. (Ramsey) Kinzer, 89, formerly of McAlisterville, passed away on Saturday,
April 20, 2024 at the Richfield 
Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. 

Born March 7, 1935 in Lewistown, she is a daughter of the late Lee C. and Gertrude
Irene (Hackett) Ramsey. 

On October 8, 1953, she was married to her late husband, Donald C. Kinzer, with whom
she was blessed to share over 68 years of marriage before his passing on February
11, 2022. 

She is survived by her children, Andy S. Kinzer of Mifflintown and Richelle D.
Robinson of Oakland Mills.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son,
Charles L. Kinzer on November 7, 1986; and three brothers Gerald Ramsey, Robert
Ramsey and Neil Ramsey making her the last of her generation. 

Interment in Hillside Cemetery, McAlisterville.
