Ruth M. Knepp, 79, of Mifflin, passed away at 10:42 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 26, 2024,
at Locust Grove Retirement Village, Mifflin.
Born July 28, 1944, in Tuscarora Township, Juniata County, she is a daughter of the
late Harvey Palm and Edna (Carson) Palm.
Ruth is survived by her children Kenneth Wayne Knepp, Deb Huber, Russell Knepp,
Shelley Knepp. She was survived by two brothers, Paul Palm and James Palm.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew “Andy” Knepp who passed away on
April 17, 1998. She was also preceded in death by three children, Anthony Knepp,
Alma Knepp and Cheryl-Lee Knepp.
Interment will take place at McCoysville Cemetery.
