Elizabeth S. Majeske, 100, of State College, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2023,
at Juniper Village at Brookline.
Born Oct. 10, 1922, in Gettysburg, Elizabeth “Betty” was the daughter of the late J.
Claire and Mabert (Musselman) Sowers.
Betty married William H. Majeske on Oct. 7, 1942. He preceded her in death on Aug.
8, 1992.
She was a member of the State College Presbyterian Church. 
In addition to her parents and husband, Betty was preceded in death by her brother,
J. Clair Sowers Jr. and his wife, Lea,.
Betty is survived by one son, William C. Majeske, of Pittsboro, Indiana
