Michael S. McCavitt, 65, of Mechanicsburg, formerly of Reedsville, passed through
the heavenly gates on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. from cancer.
To meet him there were his parents, Mary Ruth (McCartney) and John Joseph McCavitt.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Anna Marie
McCavitt.
On April 9, 1988, he married Cindy A. (Michael) McCavitt, who survives.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by children: Kelsey Lynn McCavitt of
Lemoyne, Johnathan Martin McCavitt of Mechanicsburg; siblings: Sharon Armstrong of
Reedsville, Cynthia Eschenmann of Palmyra, Patric K. McCavitt of Bel-Air, Md..
Burial at Juniata Memorial Park.
