Corinne ‘Chicken’ McLaughlin
July 31, 2023
Corinne M. “Chicken” “Sis” McLaughlin,84, of Mifflintown, passed away Saturday, July
29, 2023, at Celebration Villa, Reedsville.
She was born Jan. 14, 1939 in East Waterford.
She is survived by two children, Debra K. Henry of Port Royal and Scott A.
McLaughlin of Mifflintown, two siblings, Judy Nace of McAlisterville, and Donald
Gussler of Lewistown
Her husband of 56 years, Clarence W “Mac” McLaughlin, whom she married on July 28,
1959, passed away on April 9, 2015. Also preceding her in death were her father,
Oliver Hockenberry, her mother, Stella B. Hockenberry Leach, three siblings, Bob
Hockenberry, Bill Hockenberry, and Bonnie Benner.
 She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Mifflin,
Entombment in Juniata Memorial Park, Lewistown.
