Ellen V. Miller, 66, of Milroy, passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at Mount
Nittany Medical Center in State College.
Born in Vero Beach in Florida, on July 24, 1956, she was a daughter of the late
Roger and Veronica Payne.
Ellen is survived by her loving husband, D. Keith Miller, whom she married on May
16, 1988; children, Michael Hahn and wife, Denise, of Lewistown, and Tina Yetter and
husband, Brad, of Penns Creek; Sherie Israel, of Virginia, Linda Bledsoe and
husband, Casey, Debra Caudill, Michelle Bass and husband, Tracey, James Payne, John
McCarty, Jackie Cooler and husband, David, and Bill McCarty, all of Florida
