Kay Elizabeth Neusbaum, 82, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at William Penn
Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Lewistown.
She was born July 10, 1941 in Carlisle, a daughter of the late John E. and Beulah
Elizabeth (Wise) Myers.
Kay is survived by three daughters, Kathy J. Corl of Daytona Beach, Fla., Tracey L.
Phillips of Lancaster and Sherry L. Neusbaum of Chester Springs; and a brother,
Barry L. Myers of Carlisle.
In addition to her parents, Kay is preceded in death by one brother, John L.
Myers.
