Larry H. Osborne

Larry H. Osborne, 87, of Lewistown, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday
Aug. 7, 2024 at Locust Grove Retirement Village in Mifflin.
Born Aug. 26, 1936 in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Harry “Rice” and Lillie
Mae (Stringfellow) Osborne. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by
siblings: Harry Osborne, Wanda Miller, Clara Colabine, Jay Osborne, Mary Earnest,
and an infant sister, Debbie Osborne.
Larry is survived by his loving wife, Leona (Amtower) Osborne, whom he married on
Dec. 24, 1959, a daughter, Ruth Ann Ream of Lewistown, sisters, Barbara Fink of
Lewistown, and Linda Byler of Belleville.
Larry honorably and faithfully served his country in the United States Army.
Burial in Mt. Rock Cemetery.
