Russell Earl Packer, 83, formerly of Burnham, passed on April 8, 2024, at his home
in Paxtonville,.
Born Dec. 30, 1940, in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Donald W. Packer Sr.
and Esther V. (Kitting) Packer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Brown.
He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara A. (Rhodes) Packer; children, Karen
Taylor of Newport, Douglas Packer of Lewistown and a brother, Donald Packer Jr. of
Texas.
Interment in Mount Rock Cemetery.
