Leah S. Peachey, 79 of Myerstown, died Wednesday July 24, 2024, at home. She was the
wife of the late Benjamin Y. Peachey. Leah was born Sept. 17, 1944, in Lebanon, a
daughter of the late Jonas and Fannie Stoltzfus Lapp. She was a member of the old
order Amish Church.
She is survived by sons: Jonas L, of Myerstown; Rufus L. of Mifflintown; James M. of
Myerstown; Karl L.of Elliottsburg; Thomas D. of Myerstown; Menno R. of Helena, MT;
Fannie of Lebanon; Moses L. of Herndon; Sarah M. King of Myerstown; brothers: Elam
Lapp, of Myerstown and Jacob Lapp, of Schaefferstown; sisters: Sarah Lapp, Rebecca
Peachey, Fannie Lapp.
Preceding her in death are one son and a sister: Annie Yoder
