Bertha B. Penepacker, 92, of Belleville, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at
William Penn Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. 
She was born Jan. 16, 1932, in Naginey, to the late Adam W. and Mary (Wagner) Fultz.
On Sept. 18, 1948, she married Harold D. Penepacker, who preceded her in death on
Jan. 15, 2018.
She is survived by her children: L. Jean Caldwell of Belleville, Richard D. “Rick”
Penepacker of Belleville; siblings: Athalia G. Specht of Lewistown and Curtis
Charles Fultz of Reedsville.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings:
George Fultz, Sherman Fultz, Sylvia Cherry, Helen Zimmerman, Rebecca Burd, Marian
Fultz, Nicholas Fultz and Hilda Elder.
Interment in Juniata Memorial Park
