James A. Price, Sr., 84, of Belleville, passed away peacefully to be with Jesus, at
7:15 p.m., Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at Valley View Retirement Community.
Born April 8, 1940, in Johnstown, he was a son of the late Clair M. and Blanche
(Shoemaker) Price.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: wife, Sally A. (Sinclair)
Price; sons, Timothy and Mark Price; and siblings, Robert M. Price, Clair J. Price,
and Doris Lovekin.
James is survived by: five children, Janice Johnson of Elkton, Md., James A. Price
Jr. of Lutherville, Md., Judy Peachey, of Belleville, Brian M. Price, of Belleville,
and Matthew C. Price of Huntingdon.
He served six years in the Pennsylvania National Guard.
Interment will take place at Allensville Amish Mennonite Cemetery.
