William B. ‘Bill’ Reed

William B. “Bill” Reed, 86, McVeytown, passed away Dec. 6, 2023, at Valley View
Rehabilitation, Belleville. Born March 6, 1937, Atkinson Mills, son of the late
Theodore and Verna (Kirby) Reed.
Survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Betty L. (Sechrist) Reed. Also surviving
are siblings, Thomas Reed and Jane Pollock.
Preceded in death by siblings, Arlene Shupp, Jim Reed, Joseph Reed and Fred Reed.
Bill served his country in the United States Army. 
Interment in the Atkinson Mills Cemetery.
