Grace I. Reed, 93, formerly of Reedsville, passed away on Dec. 20, 2023 at Harmony
House, State College, Pa.
Grace was born Jan. 17, 1930 to the late Merle A. and Ruth (Rhoades) Kuhns. On April
12, 1950, she married Robert W. Reed, Sr., who preceded her in death on Jan. 30,
2002. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her
son, Robert W. Reed, Jr. and seven siblings.
Surviving are her children, Joan M. Treweek. of New Britain,, John E. Reed of
Lewistown, Mike E. Reed of Reedsville, Jane E. Neff of Mount Union, Jeanne E. Kanagy
of Reedsville; siblings Dorothy Kuhns of Lewistown, Shirley Wert of Lewistown, and
Paul “Pete” Kuhns of Milroy.
Burial will take place at the Church Hill Cemetery.
