Mildred F. Reiter, 98, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Valley View Haven
Nursing Home, Belleville.
She was born July 5, 1925 in Russell, K.S. to the late Chester and Anna (Newcomer)
Bear. On May 12, 1946, she married Charles B. Reiter, who passed away on July 23,
2014.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Bradley
Reiter on March 2, 2023, an infant son, Allen Dean Reiter, siblings, Vernon Bear,
Vera Hinnen, Floyd Bear, Loren Bear and Everett Bear. She was the last of her
immediate family.
Surviving is her son Berwin Reiter of Colorado Springs, Colo.
