Jacques F. “Jay” Rougeau Jr.

Jacques F. “Jay” Rougeau Jr., 29, of Mifflintown, and formerly of Corry, passed away
Saturday, June 17, 2023, in the line of duty as a PA State Police trooper.
He was born Sept. 7, 1993, in San Diego, Calif., a son, of Angela (Hunt) Gervasio
and her husband, Carlo, of Millcreek.
He entered the PA State Police Academy and graduated on Jan. 8, 2021. For the
majority of Jay’s State Police career, he was stationed with troops in York. In
March of 2023, he was transferred to Troop G in Lewistown.
In addition to his mother, Jay is survived by his wife, Chloe (Miller) Rougeau, whom
he married Sept. 30, 2017, in Corry; sister, Christina Bailey and her husband,
Colton, of Corry; brother, Justin Hunt, of Corry.
Graveside ceremony in Mifflintown.
