Warren David ‘Zeke’ Shaffer Sr.
Apr 26, 2024
Warren David “Zeke” Shaffer Sr., 79, of Lewistown, passed away Thursday, April 18,
2024.
Zeke was born Oct. 23, 1944, in Lewisberry,, the beloved son of the late Howard and
Sophie Shaffer.
He joined the  U.S. Army in 1964 serving in the Vietnam War 
Zeke is predeceased by his parents, his brother, Howard “Larry” Shaffer, Jr. and his
sisters, Jacqueline Jumper and Anita Everhard. 
He leaves his sons, Robert Shelton of Lewistown, Warren Shaffer Jr. of Harrisburg,
James Meservy of Killeen, T.X., and Rick Shaffer of Huntsville, Ala.; his daughter,
Tina Charles of York and  his sister, Mary Mills of Lewisberry,
