Robert I. Shaw
October 27, 2023
Robert I Shaw, 89, of Reedsville, passed away on October 26, 2023 at home.  
He was born July 9, 1934 to the late Robert Shaw and Sarah L. (Emerick) Shaw.  On
May 26, 1955, he married his wife Patricia Shaw, who preceded him in death on July
23, 2023.  In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Peggy
Hefkin, Sally Stull and Judy Treaster.  He was the last of his immediate family.
Surviving are his daughters, Robin E. Cain of Reedsville and Tracey A. Boyer of
Reedsville.
He served in the U.S. Navy as a machinist mate 2nd class on the U.S.S. Frank E.
Evans, serving from March 9, 1955 – March 5, 1959.
Burial will take place at the Church Hill Cemetery.
