Rita A. Shoop, 59, of Port Royal, passed away Thursday, August 3, 2023 at the Penn
State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey.
Born on October 19, 1963, in Lewistown, Mifflin County, she is the daughter of the
late Harry M. Sr. and Marion M. (Sheetz) Ulsh.
On January 18, 2003, she married her surviving husband, Larry “Randy” Shoop.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, David Barnes, of New Oxford,
one daughter, Erin Shoop, of Port Royal, one sister, Carrie Stadelmaier, of
Pottstown, two brothers, Andrew Ulsh, of Niceville, FL and Chester McCormick, of
McSherrystown.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Harry M. Ulsh,
Jr.
Interment in East Waterford Cemetery.
