Ann H. Smith, 88, of Lewistown, passed away on Monday, Sept. 18, 2023 at Greenwood
Center for Rehab and Nursing.
Born Oct. 29, 1934 in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and
Caterina (Battista) Simonetti. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death
by her husband, Leo Smith, her son, Jeffrey Smith, and siblings, Nicholas Simonetti,
Virginia Henry, Anthony Simonetti, and Grace Thomas.
Ann is survived by her children, Michael Smith of Lewistown, and Leo Smith of
Burnham, siblings, Ange Lindsey, of Connecticut, Catherine Royer of Lewistown, and
Judy Peters of Strodes Mills.
She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Lewistown.
Interment in Juniata Memorial Park.
