Jedda C. Smith, 75, of Port Royal passed away at 10:15 AM, Sunday, October 1, 2023
at Quincy Village in Waynesboro.

Born November 3, 1947 in Milford Twp., Juniata County, she was the daughter of the
late Charles W. and Ruth Pearl (Ernest) Foltz. 

She is survived by her two children, daughter, Deanna M. Forsythe of Seabrook
Island, SC; son, Chad A. Smith of Mifflintown; brothers, Charles Foltz of
Mechanicsburg, Phillip Foltz of Port Royal

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Norman Foltz and 
Dennis P. Foltz. 

She was a lifetime member of the Port Royal Lutheran Church. 

Internment in  New Church Hill Cemetery, Port Royal
