Violet B. “Vi” Smith, 98, of Lewistown, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2024.
Born May 3, 1926, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Foster and Alta
(Rhone) Kratzer.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oral “Richie”
Smith, who passed away Jan. 29, 2003; siblings, Nellie, Grace, Coy, Walter, Ted,
Frances, Vera, Itha, Iva, Pearl and Larue.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda Rowles, of Lewistown, Vicki Varner, of
McClure, Daria G. Harpster of Lewistown.
Interment will be held at Lind Memorial Cemetery.
