Eileen M. Spotts, 85, of Belleville, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at Valley
View Haven.
Born Sept. 15, 1937, in Everett, she was the daughter of the late Miles R. and Inez
M. Heller McClain. 
On Sept. 4, 1971, she married David E. Spotts, who survives.
Entombment will be in Centre County Memorial Park
