Cece Ann Wagner, 83, of Milroy, passed away on Monday, Nov. 6, 2023. She was born on
July 5, 1940 in Lewistown to the late Paul and Helen (Aumiller) Bollinger. On Oct.
1, 1960, she married her husband, Billy Joe “Tink” Wagner, who survives at home.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Billie Ann Quinn of
Freehold, N.J., Cece Jo Hoover of Milroy, sisters, Paula Eckley of Milroy and Jan
Criswell of Reedsville.
Burial will take place at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Milroy.
