William Michael Weader

William Michael Weader, MD, 88, died Friday, July 7, 2023, at his home in
Selinsgrove.
He was born June 10, 1935, in McClure, a son of William Michael Weader and Kathryn
Seal (Fleming) Weader.
He served in the US Air Force in Tacoma, Washington at McCord Air Force Base and
worked at Selinsgrove Center, Laurelton Center, Sunbury Community Hospital Emergency
Room and in private practice in Selinsgrove
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary Ann (Valunas) Weader; children, Beth
Derr and husband Harry, Katrina Michele Myers and husband Craig, William Michael
Weader III, Lori Proger and husband Michael, Tami Herrold and husband Dan; siblings,
Joseph Weader, MD and wife Judy, Lois Bruno and husband Pat Bruno, MD
