All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/mifflin/ _________________________________________ Lorraine Whitesel 1962 graduate of Captain Jack High School Lorraine Whitesel, 63, formerly of 420 Valley S., Lewistown, died Friday morning, April 13, 2007, at the home of her daughter, Toni Smith, 202 Fifth Ave., Burnham, following a serious illness. Born April 5, 1944, in Huntingdon, she was a daughter of Lucy M. (Giardine) Forgy of Mount Union and the late Wayne Forgy. She was united in marriage to Ronald Wilson Nov. 28, 1964. Mr. Whitesel preceded her in death Sept 22, 2006. Mrs. Whitesel is survived by four children, Toni Smith and husband, George, Burnham; Mark Wilson and Rodney Wilson, both of Lewistown; and Lori Leach and husband, Michael, Nook; 10 grandchildren and four great- grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Judy Wise and husband, Jerry, Mount Union. She was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Forgy, in 1982. Mrs. Whitesel was a member of the Burnham Church of the Nazarene. She was a 1962 graduate of Captain Jack High School, Mount Union. Mrs. Whitesel worked as a private duty home health care nurse until 1995. She previously worked at Ohesson Manor, Lewistown. She loved to spend time with her family and friends and enjoyed playing cards and solving puzzles. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, at the Burnham Church of the Nazarene, with Pastors George Smith and Jerry Wise officiating. Interment will be made in Saint Catherine's Cemetery, Shirleysburg. No visitation or viewing will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of the Robert D. Heath Funeral Home, Mount Union.
