Steven W. Zook, 74, of Bainbridge, passed away at home on Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023.
He was married 51 years to Fern E. Zimmerman Zook. Born in Lewistown, he was the son
of the late Ezra S. and Dorothy A. Youtzy Zook.
He was a member of the Conestoga Valley Mennonite Church in Ephrata, where he had
been a deacon. He was a former member of the Rheems Mennonite Church where he had
served as a deacon for 41 years.
Surviving besides his wife are three sons, Andrew Zook, of Saegertown, Eric Zook, of
Elizabethtown, and Jonathan, Zook, of Leola; four daughters, Rebecca, Newswanger, of
Philadelphia, N.Y., Roseanna, Brubaker, of Spring Grove, Melinda, Kauffman, of
Stonefort, Ill., and Karen, Near, of Stacyville, Iowa;  two sisters, Nancy Zook, of
Reedsville, and Patricia, Yoder, of Belleville; and a brother, J. Marvin Zook of
Petersburg.
Internment in Conestoga Valley Mennonite Church cemetery, Ephrata, Pa.
