John died August 21, 1894 at his residence. Lewistown May 12, 1894 I John Price made this day and date my last will and I want my house and lot on West Elizabeth Street in the South Ward, Borough of Lewistown to my grandson, Alexander Price when he become of age 21 years. And if he should die before he becomes of age then I John Price want it to go to the next oldest grandson. Furthermore I want said Mary Brooks to live in the home clear of rent up to the time when my grandson Alexander Price is of age 21 years old and the said Mary Brooks is to keep up all repairs and taxes at her own expence. And said Mary Brooks must give up said house and lot at that time. When Alexander Price is of age if he is living or the next oldest grandson is of age. And I further say that I want $25.xx to go to the Luthren Church to pay one dollar per year of the $25.xx to keep my graveyard lot clean. I do not want anything of my things removed from the house untill my grandson has it in his own possession. And furthermore I appoint said George F. Brooks my executor. I want my funeral benefits from Lewistown Lodge # 979002 granted to said George F. Brooks. He is to pay all expences out of the same he is to pay $4(?).00 for the funeral & $15 or $20 for tombstone and the $25.00 to the Church out of this money and his own expences. And if I am any trouble said Mary Brooks is to be paid out of this money accordingly. Said George F. Brooks is to look after everything in the interst of said house. He is to paint said house & make what repairs he can out of the money if there is any left.
