Auditor's Notice
Estate of JAS. N. DURLING, dec'd.
The undersigned, appointed Auditor by the Orphans Court of Monroe County to make
distribution of the balance in the hands of Richard S. Staples, Administrator of
James N. Durling, deceased, will attend to the duties of his appointment on Friday,
May 6th, 1864, at 10 o'clock A. M. at the Prothonotary's Office, in the Borough of
Stroudsburg, at which time and place all persons interested will present their
claims or be debarred from coming in for a share of said assets or fund. THO'S M.
